We had a great experience with Above Code Roofing. They completed our entire roof in just one full day. The crew was prompt, efficient, and very professional. Communication was excellent from start to finish. They kept us informed throughout the process and sent plenty of pictures so we could see the progress being made. While replacing the roof, they discovered additional issues with the house. They immediately brought them to our attention, explained everything clearly, and went ahead and fixed them without delay. The pricing was very fair, and they didn’t charge us much at all for the extra repairs, which we truly appreciated. Since we are new to the community, it was especially nice that he took the time to talk with my husband and share local knowledge. He gave him tips on nearby fishing spots, what species of fish were in season, and even looked at our canal to explain water levels and how they change. You can tell he is a knowledgeable local who genuinely cares. Mitch was very personable and easy to work with, and keeping everything stress-free. They had a large crew, finished on time, and did a great job cleaning up afterward. These guys were great! Mitch took the time to explain the what he was doing, before he started. Within 24 hours, they had replaced the outside of my chimney, from top to bottom. Looks great!
